Welcome, Outdoorsy!
Thanks for taking some time to venture here. It would be an absolute thrill to join the Outdoorsy team and help continue the legacy of unlocking the outdoors for travelers.
Over the past 4 years I ventured away from established companies to lead a product launch acceleration SaaS and marketplace tech startup from zero-to-one with my co-founder. In 2022 our company was acquired by investors. As of just recently (...and after some time-off) I am eagerly looking forward to joining an established company and brand, such as Outdoorsy, with the hopes of meeting new challenges to contribute and build amazing things with amazing people.
You've come this far- I hope you're willing to go a little further and enjoy some of the case studies I have profiled below.

Case Study II
Bottlest - Craft, label, and ship your perfect wine from scratch. Drink it or sell it.
Famed Santa Barbara County crush and bottling company, Terravant, knew they were allowing opportunity to slip through their hands by not offering their award winning wines through means other than private labels and retail chains such as Costco and Trader Joes. Enter Bottlest... craft any wine your heart desired... design your own label... have it shipped to your door... or sell it in the Bottlest Marketplace to earn free wine!

"So what'd you do?"
Roles Performed
Founding CPO, product design, branding, wireframing, front-end engineering, backend engineering.
I was brought onboard through mutual connections from a team I had previously helped launch the new Palm Springs CVB website and rebranding with. As the initial CPO of the venture, I was tasked with nearly all aspects of branding, engineering, and team building from zero-to-beta in the first 4 months.
As the designer and engineer of a one-of-a-kind system which tied in through APIs to Terravant's current inventory and cellars system, I built the wine crafting and label design system before hiring the first outside engineers due to a stakeholder-imposed accelerated timeline. I was the only original team member asked to stay on and remain CTO when the company was acquired.

Case Study III
Agency 2.0 - The world's first product launch agency.
From 2012 to 2020, I was the third of three partners who led Agency 2.0 in Santa Monica, CA starting as three guys working off of their sofas, to a 32 person team with offices in the USA and China, helping clients raise over $150M through our proprietary product launch acceleration methods and IP across 5 in-house developed MarTech stacks built for productivity and scale. Clients ranged from the next big hardware innovation startups, to large globally-known brands, and even celebrities like Adrian Grenier and Leonardo DiCaprio.

"So what'd you do?"

Whether leading product design and engineering on in-house MarTech solutions, managing the agency brand daily, or fostering creative guidelines and principles and managing a large creative team to ensure our over 250 clients soared out of the gates with best-in-class creative, there was never a dull moment at Agency 2.0.
The technology I designed, built, and deployed supported 100s of thousands of users on an ongoing basis with incentives features, client support, customer service, remarketing, and in-house efficieny tools.
